Mystery Start Time NB - See Running Order.Running Order The game is 2 hours, divided into two halves & separated by an intermission (similar to a theatre show). The intermission can be a short break to grab a drink & go to the loo, or it can be a longer intermission for a meal - it's up to you. If you're having a meal, it doesn't matter if you can have 1 course, 3 courses, buffet, plated etc. unless you have 100+ guests in which case ask us for advice. Example Running Orders Below are two example running orders with the Mystery start time highlighted in red. Before / After a Meal In this example a team wants to play the game at their office and then go for lunch afterwards. People use this format just as often in the afternoon after lunch, or at the end of the day before going home (Friday afternoon socials, after a half day conference etc) 09:00 Guests meetup, get a drink / coffee etc (30 min) 09:30 Mystery start time - first half (±1hr) 10:30 Intermission (±15 min) 10:45 Mystery resumes - second half (±1hr) 11:45 Mystery close, leave for lunch Over a Meal In this example we'll use a 3 course meal at a restaurant with lunch at 13:00. You can adjust the times if you're having a 2 course meal, or if your event is in the evening over dinner etc. 11:00 Guests arrive, welcome drinks, place food orders (30 min) 11:30 Starters (30 min) 12:00 Mystery start time - first half (±1hr) 13:00 Main meal (±30 min) 13:30 Mystery resumes - second half (±1hr) 14:30 Mystery close, dessert 08:0008:3009:0009:3010:0010:3011:0011:3012:0012:3013:0013:3014:0014:3015:0015:3016:0016:3017:0017:3018:0018:3019:0019:3020:00
