A person who falls from a balcony higher than 3 stories would have multiple shattered bones. However, Ken confirms that the body had only a gunshot wound and a bruised back.

Antonio said that he saw Nolan fall past the dining room window, but if Nolan had been pushed from the balcony higher than 3 stories, he would have plenty more injuries than just a gunshot and a bruised back.

This makes Antonio’s story impossible as Nolan most certainly did not fall from the balcony if he had not one broken bone.

And so… we know Antonio is lying!
