Stevie said that he saw Valentino fall past the boardroom window, but if Valentino had jumped from the 3m wide balcony then he would have landed at least 3m from the building.

However Valentino’s body was lying on the welcome mat, just a meter from the door making it impossible that he could have jumped from the balcony as Stevie wanted us to believe.
