Benny the butler was arrested for the murder of Ms Penny.

But Mogau and Ken found the bed cover untouched. To begin with, Benny said he found Ms Penny in the bed… That was a lie… The only reason Benny had to lie, was if he was trying to hide something. 

But on top of that, Benny said he was trying to use the blood-covered cloth to stop Ms Penny from bleeding out but then Pavlov tried to hit him and he dropped the blood-covered cloth on the bed. Had Benny done as he said, there would have been blood stains on the bedcover.
